الک بالدوین بازیگر امریکایی متولد 3 اپریل 1958 در Amityvill آمریکا.اسم کامل وی اسکندر رای "الک"بالدوینIII است.

شغل 

او با بازی در یک سریال تلویزیونی به نام Knots Landing شغل خود را به رسمیت داد و بازی در فیلم های Beetle Juice-Aviator- The Cooler_ The Departed کار خود را ادامه داد. بازی او در سال 2003 در فیلم The Cooler باعث شد که وی بریای نقش دوم کاندید اسکار شود.
وی هم اکنون مشغول هنرپیشگی در یک سریال تلویزیونی به نام (30Rock) که از شبکه NBC است. این سریال برای او جوایزی از قبیل دو امی - سه گولدن گلب - چهار سکرین اترز گولد به ارمغان آورده..

وی در میان برادرانش از همه مسن تر است.
در سال 1990 هنگامی که مشغول بازی در فیلم The Marrying Man بود با همسر آینده خود کیم بسینگر آشنا شد.آنها در سال 1993 با هم ازدواج کرده ودر اکتبر 1995 صاحب یک دختر شدند.آنها در سال 2001 اقدام به طلاق کردند که در سال 2002 نهایی شد.
